Job Title: Customer Service Representative Homeworking

Salary: £8.96 an hour, ongoing temp

Start dates: Monday 18th May working on the 12-9pm shift working 5 days out of 7 (40 hours) for 4 weeks could get extended.

We are looking for Customer focused individuals with previous customer service experience and homeworking capability to work for a leading UK brand handling a high volume of e-mails from their customers.

Due to the current circumstances you will work from home initially with a view to moving into the Salford based offices once we are able to return to normal working practices.

As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all queries via phone, e-mail, web-chat and social media
  • Making outbound calls following up on enquiries about availability
  • Providing a world class customer service over the telephone
  • Dealing with queries and complaints
  • Working to team and individual targets
  • Logging all information accurately on the in-house system
