Permanent Customer Service Representative - £18,200 per annum increasing to £20,100 after 18 months service
Location - Blantyre
Hours of work - Varied shift patterns available, call centre open 24/7- own transport is an advantage
We are looking for people with energy, confidence and a brilliant personality who can shine within a customer service environment. If you are a good listener enjoy helping and building rapport with customers this could be the job for you.
In this role you will be required to take inbound banking enquiries where you will resolve customer's queries relating to their bank accounts. Our client's main focus is the customer's experience, finding people who can help look after their customers and make sure the customer journey is exceptional. In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a great starting salary of £18200, an annual performance related bonus along with a generous holiday allowance. This role will involve taking inbound enquiries. The onsite facilities are vast and include a gym, Costa Coffee, Starbucks coffee and crèche facilities.
Successful candidates must be able to pass a credit, CIFAS and Disclosure check along with a 5 year reference check
