Job Salary: £20,000 rising to £21,500

We are currently looking for talented Inbound Customer Service Advisors to work within a fast paced environment right in the heart of Manchester, and we need experienced individuals to join the new team!
This role involves no outbound or sales at all, and is 100% pure Inbound Customer Service!
A salary of £20,000 plus a performance related bonus

In the role you be responsible for dealing with customers who are customers of a market leading financial services provider. You will be dealing with any queries at first point of contact and delivering world class Customer Service on every interaction!

For the role, we require:
Customer service experience in a call centre environment
The ability to deal with inbound calls
A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
Experience within a regulated environment is desirable
