Customer Service Advisor
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a world leader in technology. They are looking for Customer Service Advisors to work as Complaints Handlers within their customer service team in Leeds.

The main aim of the role is to ensure all customers have the best possible experience. They ensure all their customers have positive interactions and that their complaints are resolved quickly and efficiently. If you have a good knowledge of technology and the newest phones and gadgets, this role is for you!
So, what can I expect as a Customer Service Advisor?
You will be responsible for managing customers and resolving a wide range of complaints quickly and the first time round. This could be anything from an issue with delivery, upgrade requests to helping someone set up a new device. Full training will be provided so you are comfortable in this fast paced and challenging environment!
