Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Temporary

Industry: Call Centre and Customer Services

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: £9.08 an hour

Start Date ASAP until end of November 2019

The Job: We are working with a large organisation that is looking for full-time temp customer service representatives to start ASAP. The role is a requirement you will be expected to work until the end of November 2019 We are looking for exceptional people, to deliver an incomparable service to their customers.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with customer and client enquiries
  • Processing payments via the telephone
  • Processing registrations
  • Providing customers with product information
  • Documenting all call information and complete call logs accurately and timely

Hours Days: Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm (37.5 hours a week)

For the position of Customer Representative we are looking for the following experience:

  • Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ideally phone based customer service experience
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • General Admin experience
