Search Consultancy is proudly working with one of Sheffield's well known outsourcers to recruit a number of Customer Service Representatives for an Insurance campaign. We are looking for candidates who have worked within a call centre/finance role previously to give an exceptional customer service experience to all clients.

The role will involve giving a 5 star customer service, following up on sales quotations and customer retentions. With this being a multi skilled role you will receive 5 weeks of exceptional training and then be supported on a graduation bay.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody working within a call centre environment at the minute but looking to take the next step within their career. We have assessment centres running over the next couple of weeks with limited availability.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will be:

* Taking inbound calls to resolve customer queries
* Dealing with online quotations
* Setting up new policies
* Changing customer details when required
* Maintaining compliance standards
* Dealing with customer retentions
