My client, a leading manufacturer in the construction industry, is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to help service existing clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global organisation based just outside Glasgow, City Centre.
12 month contract covering maternity
Working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm/9am-5pm
Offering a salary between £17500-£19000 DOE
* Take incoming B2B calls and provide outstanding customer service
* Making some outbound calls to existing customers ensuring a first class service
* Putting customers needs before all else
* Operating multiple systems and inputting orders accurately
Key skills and experience;
* Previous telephone based customer service - ESSENTIAL
* Desire to provide first class service and genuine passion for customers
* Computer literate and experience of using multiple systems
* Excellent problem solving skills
