A consultative customer service job
It's purely inbound calling; providing quotations, investigating queries and setting up new policies. Being comfortable using a computer is important and given the nature of the work, you'll need a keen eye for detail.
There are various different elements to this role including customer service, sales and retentions which is why there is a 5 week training course is in place. It's detailed and comprehensive to ensure every customer service representative has what they need to provide an exceptional level of customer service.
Obviously you'll be confident in liaising with customers and be able to work hard dealing with high volumes of calls every day. The days pass quickly here.
