Salary: £18,000 Contracts will be offered on an initial three month fixed-term basis with the option of extensions dependent on performance.

As a Customer Service Representative we are looking for organised and enthusiastic agents for our clients calling team in Old Trafford. As this role is phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively question customers in order to establish their needs. This role offers a great working environment with regular incentives, providing a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their customer service and sales skills further.

The Job:

  • Working on behalf of an Activities Provider making outbound calls to young people who want to join a volunteering scheme
  • Provide guidance and advice to young adults and guardians
  • Making calls to parents and young people and using excellent phone technique to complete their sign up to training programme.
  • Making outbound calls to parents and other nominated representatives to follow up on Medical and Support Information
  • Achieve set personal targets on a daily and weekly basis
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in pro active manner
  • Work as part of a team within a fast paced call centre environment

Hours of work:

Working shifts 35 hours a week. Working 4 days in midweek working shifts between 9.00am-8.00pm and at least 1 day at the weekend 9am-6pm.
