A bit about this Customer Representative Job
You'll be taking inbound calls from customers who have a range of different queries relating to their insurance policies. You'll also be ensuring that customers are maximising the products available to them.
You'll benefit from a comprehensive training programme which will arm you with what you need before you take your first call.
There are flexible shifts available, making it easy to achieve a great work/life balance. You will work 5 days per week on rotating shift patterns between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm Saturday and 9am - 5pm Sunday.
What You'll Need
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential. What's most important is your professional approach, an eye for detail and enthusiasm for solving problems.
You'll also be expected to actively promote other insurance products to customers when you're deal with their queries. You'll need to type as you talk so basic computer skills are important too.
