If customer service is what you do best, then we want to hear from you. Working on behalf of one of the UK's largest telecoms suppliers, as a customer service representative here you will be identifying opportunities to provide customers with the latest products and services, adding value to the services they already receive. You will also be talking to customers who are looking for a new provider, understanding their issues and reasons for this and working with them to come up with a solution that meets their needs and retains their custom.

In this customer service representative job, it's important to keep up to date with the full range of products and services whilst having a good understanding of what is on offer through competitors. So if you're into tech, this would be great for you.Taking personal ownership of each customer situation you're dealt with is crucial, providing an outstanding service which is both positive and memorable, keeping our customers returning to us for any new products/services they require.
What you'll need to be the best customer service representative
* The ability to deliver world class and memorable customer experiences
* An excellent telephone manner and ability to build trust with the customer
* You must have NO unspent criminal convictions
* You must be able to pass a lenient credit check
* You must be able to provide satisfactory references for the last 3 years
You'll be asked to work a shift pattern Monday-Friday between 8am and 9:15pm, 8am to 8:15pm Saturdays and 10am to 6:15pm Sundays.
You must have strong verbal and written communication skills
You must have an awareness of the sales cycle
