If you are looking for a career in customer service we could have the role for you, we are currently looking for confident, happy people.

You don't need previous experience, as full training will be given this will help you to learn about our products and customers.

The call centre is based just out of Sheffield City Centre and is walking distance from the train and bus station, they specialise in insurance and the department who are currently looking are protection where you will speak to customers about critical illness and other various sensitive subjects. So a soft calm approach will be needed.

Your duties will include data entry so attention for detail is a must, you must also have good PC and keyboard skills.

The starting salary is £17'000 and has progressions steps to get you to £22'000. You will gain development and training. Training will be up to 6 weeks long.

Good A-C GCSE grades are required or excellent customer service experience is required.

The start date for the positions is the 4th Feb 2019 but assessments are being held in December 2018.

The call centre is open between 8am and 8pm so you do need to be flexible, you will work Monday -Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
