In this permanent Call Centre role working for a company's finance department, you will work Monday to Sunday between 7 am - 10 pm, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
You'll take a high-volume of inbound calls and be the first point of contact for customers dealing with queries concerning the customer's accounts, providing transaction, statement information and taking payments and updating call notes on the system. Additionally, you will provide advice and guidance and aim for full customer resolution and satisfaction.
Your core Customer Service Skills:
You'll need to be a great communicator who can relate to customers and provide solutions for them. As such, you may have previous experience in retail customer service or as a sales assistant, although it's not vital. What's most important is that you bring energy and enthusiasm to the role every day. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is beneficial.
