Customer Service Platform Administrator (Front Office)
Location: Gyle Edinburgh, hybrid working
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8-6pm

Role Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and financial advisors via Inbound Telephony.
This role requires you to have knowledge of or a willingness to learn about Platform Investments including Pensions and ISAs, Platform Technology and distribution channels.
