Temp role on going
Customer Service project that could lead to a permanent position. The role is Monday to Friday, and your shift pattern can vary from anytime between 8am- 4pm.
Duties and responsibilities;
Provide an industry leading customer service demonstrating a strong customer focus with both internal and external customers.
Work with logistics and customer service team to contact customers to confirm requirements and arrange for a suitable delivery time.
Deal with all incoming delivery queries from internal and external customers and ensure we deliver on commitments made.
Resolve any other customer queries efficiently and effectively.
Liaise with commercial team to resolve any customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
All candidates must pass a criminal record check.
