Customer Service Officer - Brighton Start 01/09 to 31/12 £ 10.60 per hour - possible extension

Mon, Thu, Fri 9-5
Sat 9-1
Tues & Weds 5 hrs per day between 9 & 5

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer based in our client branch in central Brighton. You will be the first person to meet customers coming into the branch with a warm and friendly welcome. You will meet our colleagues who are genuinely sincere about providing a personal and professional service to all our customers. They understand that banking in a branch is all about the customer experience …what their customers see, hear and feel and not simply a transaction.
