I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager based in Leeds City Centre. The role will be working for one of the UK's first Holistic Learning Platforms which has been designed for SME's to balance upskilling with personal well-being.

Salary: up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday

Duties and responsibilities:

* Working closely with the Sales team to consistently provide first class customer service
* Managing customer accounts
* Helping to guide customers through the process
* Leading the user engagement coordinator
* Reporting to the Managing Director
* Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
* Focusing on upselling higher packages at a minimum of 60% conversion rate
* Achieve 90% + customer retention rate
* Obtaining referrals
* Reviewing the training needs of each account

Essential skills:

* Consistently strive for high levels of performance
* The ability to use your own initiative
* Proven experience of working towards KPI's
* A minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service environment
* The ability to manage and lead a team
