In partnership with an international global organisation, Search Consultancy are recruiting for Customer Service Administrators on behalf of their client for their Edinburgh Gyle site.

THE ROLE:

Working in a fast paced environment the Customer Service Administrator will deliver on the Customer operational objectives, providing our customers with a first class experience. You will also drive sales volume and distribution & selected third party brands, through effective campaign management. We will equip you with all the skills and training you need to deliver and succeed in the role, through our fantastic 4 week induction plan, and you will receive ongoing 1:1 coaching to support your development.




SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

You must have experience within a financial services telephony role
Confident telephone manner



Location: Edinburgh Gyle

Hourly rate: £8.95 per hour

Operating Hours 8.00am - 6.00pm
