Customer Service Advisor - Car Insurance
Start Date - 03/08/2020 Pay Rate - £8.72ph
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for hard-working, customer focused call centre advisors looking for a fresh approach to inbound customer services.
37.5 hours per week perm contracts available. Monday - Friday: 8am - 8pm. plus rotational weekends of 9am - 5pm Saturday and 10am - 2pm Sunday, with time off during the week to compensate for any weekend work
While this role will initially be home based working, Training will be 2 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. Candidates must be available to complete this training in full. This is not a permanent arrangement. Applicants must be able to commit to working on site full-time in the long term.
As a member of the team, you will play a hug part in providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for taking ownership and resolving customer queries such as amending and updating car insurance policies, up selling and talking customer through additional cover options and looking to resolve the customer query on a first call basis.
