Customer Service Representative
Hull City Centre
£19,120 increasing to £19,719 after probation, plus benefits & reward scheme


Start Date: 25th November AND 13th January
Working hours: 40 hours a week between 8am - 9pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 4pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)

What to expect as a Customer Service Representative here;

In your new role you will be speaking with customers and discussing their financial situation including monthly income and expenditure. Great understanding and empathy are key to success as a Customer Service Representative here. You will need to build up rapport with your customers in order to resolve payment issues. You will be focused on providing the best possible solution for them and ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience.
