Customer Service Advisor, Working from home, £9.50 per hour

If you can make a difference to others by providing excellent customer service then we want to hear from you. If you're looking for a full time job, and for that job to be working from the comfort of your home (then moving into the call centre near you once safe to do so) then read on.

Why? Because we are building a team of like minded customer service professionals to enable one of our biggest clients in Scotland to serve their customers better.

What's on offer?

First and foremost, job security. If you make an impact then within a few months you could be earning yourself a permanent contract.

Oodles of job satisfaction. This company love to support their customers. They value their business and so they want to treat them well. If you share their mind-set then you'll do really well here and be rewarded for it too.

World-class training. 7 weeks to be precise, which will ensure you know everything that there is to know about their products and services and can consider yourself to be an expert.

About you

Hard-working and not phased by the high volumes of inbound calls you'll take each day - although busy it makes the day fly by and if you're that way inclined, you'll get a real kick out of helping so many people.

You'll be providing people with the support to use products, services and even software, so you'll need to be patient and easy to understand so that people have their queries resolved and are happy with the service. Being able to empathise and build rapport is key.

What's involved

You'll work a 37.5 hour week and need to be able to work shifts between 8am and 8pm on weekdays with the occasional weekend shift between 8am and 6pm.

You will need to be available for every session over the 7 week training programme to ensure you complete the course.

Credit checks and disclosure checks are part of the recruitment process so you'll need to be confident you'll have no issue there.

In return

You could go permanent after 12 weeks in the role and take a step further in a rewarding career with a great company.
