Customer Service - November '19 - Full time & Part time Available - Contract Work

We are looking for experienced flexible customer service agents to join our vibrant inbound customer service team on a temporary basis with the opportunity of going permanent. Your main objective is to cater all inbound customer service related calls (queries & complaints) and be a voice of the brand in a Leicester based call centre. .

Position: Customer Service
Salary: £7.70 - £8.21
Start Date: November 2019
Shift Days: 5-7 days between (Mondays - Sunday)
Shift Rota: 08:00am - 10:00pm
Available Hours: FT: 37.5hrs & PT: 25.5hrs
Job type: Full-time and part-time available
Location: Leicestershire
