Inbound Customer Service Advisor
37.5 hours a week

One of our well established and very successful clients are on the look out for customer focused and progression hungry individuals.
You will be part of a wider customer services team; your role would involve receiving inbound calls from existing customers calling with regards to issues and enquires. You will be the first point of contact for customers and therefore it is essential that every call is dealt with promptly with excellent customer service. An element of technical support will be involved in the role for which a full training programme will be provided
This role offers genuine progression opportunities with 93% of our managers starting at advisor level.
Up to £150 a month bonus is available on top of your basic wage - based on your customer satisfaction rate.
Our client requires full flexibility between 8am - 10am Mon - Sun ( every other weekend if necessary)
If you have at least 6 - 12 months customer service experience, you are enthusiastic, driven and passionate with the ability to problem solve and build rapport….I would really like to hear from you!
