Job title: Customer Service Booking Agent
Salary: £19,250 + Bonus
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 9:45-6pm Friday 8:45-5pm.
No weekend work!
Working with one of Manchester's best photography companies who specialise in confidence boosting photography!
We're on the lookout for a dynamic, hard-working booking agent to be the first point of contact for our lovely customers at the very start of their journey with us.
You will be contacting customers who have shown interest in the service and booking them in for photography appointments leading to potential earning up to £500 in bonuses per month, top earners £800!
Role of a Booking Agent:
- Achieving KPI targets of 80-100 calls made per day
- Great communication skills
- Achieving bookings targets of 8-10 bookings made per day (very achievable as leads are warm)
- Exceptional customer service skills as this is a luxury brand
- Time and diary management is also a must
Previous Customer Service experience is preferred however not required!
