Customer Service Assistant - Hebden Bridge

Part Time Hours - Weekend work - Friday to Monday

Paying £9ph - 3 month + contract

This role will consist of dealing with large volumes of incoming emails and customer queries via webchat to resolve issues relating to the company products and services.

Will need to have previous customer service experience, ideally within supply chain, retail or similar environment. Will need to have good communication skills, accuracy and good spelling and grammar.

If you are bilingual and fluent in Spanish, Italian, German or French alongside English it would be highly beneficial but not essential.
