Customer Service and Sales Support
I am excited to be recruiting for my unique client based in the Renfrewshire area for an experienced Customer Service and Sales Support Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
The is an exciting opportunity to join a close knit successful sales team made up of 3 Sales Admin Assistants, all of which bring something different to the team. They would ideally like someone who is confident speaking to customers on the phone, and getting heavily involved in the sales process.
This role requires an individual with a mature and professional manner who is open minded, down to earth, proactive and bright. They must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly and work well within a team.
Daily duties and Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for any incoming calls
- Deal with order enquiries- new or existing
- Speaking with customer on the phone and upselling where appropriate
- Comfortable entering PO's on systems
- Use different systems to process orders and track
- Preparation of quotes daily
In order to be considered for this role you must have a Higher English qualification or equivalent. Public transport is limited, so ideally access to your own car would be ideal.
In return you will be receive a competitive salary, pension scheme, private healthcare and free onsite car parking. The hours of work are Monday- Thursday 9-5 and an earlier finish on a Friday. Overtime is required during peak times. A bonus will be paid out annual depending on individual performance.
