Job Title: Customer Service and Retentions Advisor

Job Location: Sale, Trafford

Job Package: £21,000 + monthly bonus, OTE £26,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30

Due to huge investment we are expanding our Insurance Customer Service and Retentions team and are on the lookout for ambitious outgoing people to join us for the ride! This is an opportunity to join a thriving insurance business and the chance to progress your career rapidly!

For the role of Insurance Inbound Customer Service and Retentions Advisor you will receive:

  • A basic salary of up to £21,000
  • A bonus scheme with average commission of £500 per month!

For the role of Customer Service and Retentions Advisor, we require:

  • 1 years experience in a call centre environment is essential
  • FCA or Insurance experience preferred
  • People with energy, who are great at customer service
  • The ability to deal with inbound calls and emails
  • A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
