We're helping a busy organisation recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor in Altrincham, with a £20,000 salary plus a monthly bonus that can bump that up to £28k!
This is a weekdays-only customer service job, that involves inbound call centre work so you'll have your weekends to your self.
The package promises to top up the basic salary of £20,000 with a retentions bonus scheme that adds up to an average commission of £500 per month. Other benefits include:

The Customer Service Advisor will join a collaborative and inclusive team dealing with insurance businesses, where your crucial area will be retentions. The CS role involves speaking to existing customers about their insurance and quotes and ensuring that they receive world-class customer service. You will earn a performance-related bonus each month based on the number of retentions.
