Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30

We are looking for an Customer Service and Retentions Advisor to join our insurance business in Sale. The role involves speaking to existing customers about their insurance and quotes, and ensuring that they receive world class customer service. There will also be an element of retention in the role meaning you can earn a performance related bonus each month. As a market leading insurance company you must be professional and career minded!

For the role, we require:

  • 1 years experience in a call centre environment is essential
  • FCA or Insurance experience preferred
  • People with energy, who are great at customer service
  • The ability to deal with inbound calls and emails
  • A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
