If you're looking for a new start then look no further an amazing opportunity has become available for a customer service collections advisor to join a vibrant collections team based just out of Sheffield City Centre. The ideal candidate will have the ability to empathise with customers and offer the best solution possible.
A background in collections or banking would be ideal, however, someone with strong sales experience who is looking to move away from traditional cold calling into the collections sector.
You must be able to communicate well both verbally and written as you will be speaking with a variety of customers and will have experience within a customer focused, sales or collections role.
As a customer Service Collections Advisor your main duties and responsibilities will be:
* Outbound calls to customers regarding their outstanding debt
* Building a rapport with the customers to enable effective conversations
* Establishing their needs
* Discussing repayment options
* Organising repayment plans
* Keeping up to date with FCA
* Maintaining a high level of customer service
The successful Telephone Negotiator will be:
* Well organised

Must be able to pass Credit Check
You will work between 8am - 8pm Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5.30pm Friday
