Not your typical customer service job
You will be speaking to customers who are approaching retirement, it's not just inbound calls, you will be responding to their queries through email and outbound calls too.
Trusted to help customers make crucial decisions regarding their finances, this is a complex role involving investigation and liaison with colleagues to seek out positive customer outcomes. As well as answering customer queries, you will be responsible for confirming that they fully understand the options available to them when making life-changing financial decisions relating to their pensions.
Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial to success here, and in return, heaps of satisfaction from helping customers understand their financial situation.
What you'll need:
Experience in a contact centre role previously is a must and it would be beneficial if you have worked in a regulated contact centre environment.
Given the nature of the enquiries you'll be dealing with, you must have strong attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively.
As with all Financial Services organisations, you will need to be able to pass a credit check and a criminal record check.
