I'm currently recruiting for an exciting new customer advisor role for one of the UK's leading banks. A fantastic 6 month fixed term contract with permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

The right candidate will be flexible and able to work on a rotational basis. There is also a shift allowance for unsociable hours.
As a customer service advisor you'll be working solely on the telephony side of the business, helping customers with general banking queries.
It's fast-paced where you'll be expected to deliver a consistently exceptional service Customer satisfaction and brand reputation are everything.
What you'll need:
Previous customer service experience is ideal however our client will consider school leavers and applicants from alternative industries.
Attitude, behaviours and ability to demonstrate the competencies required in the role are paramount. If you have previous experience of working in a bank or a call centre then all the better.
