* Starting salary of £18720, rising to £19000 after successfully completing 6 month probation period.
* Bi-annual bonus where you can earn up to 15% of your annual salary (payable in Aug and Feb).

You will be working 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days on rotational shifts.
Monday to Friday 7am - 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 8pm
12 week rota in advance and only working 1 weekend day every second week.
We are looking for candidates who are motivated, have a personal pride for customer satisfaction, great communication skills and who are empathetic to a customer's situation. This a very fast paced role and ideally you will have experience in a customer focused role.
Job role responsibilities:
* Managing inbound calls and building relationships with customers
* Troubleshooting faults and providing technical assistance
* Accurately recording all relevant data
* Liaising with engineers and booking service calls
* Handling customer queries and providing resolutions
* Achieving KPIs
