We are looking forward to hearing from candidates who are passionate about customer service and ideally come from a similar background across the following sectors: call and contact centres, tourism, hospitality, retail.

Our client Wescot supports a number of customers across the banking sector and help their customers agree sustainable repayment arrangements. We are looking for customer service professionals, to deliver considered conversations, build rapport and ensure the best possible outcome for their customers.

You will have to possess excellent listening and questioning skills to gain an understanding of customers' individual circumstances and to agree the best course of action, recognising when your customer may require specialist support. You will also help customers by handling queries and carrying out regular reviews to make sure their payment arrangements are still suitable. This will involve dealing with a combination of inbound calls from customers and calls presented via our outbound dialer.
