Looking for some work-life balance? Day time shifts and no weekends? Up to £500 in bonus every quarter and a benefits scheme to rival most businesses?

I am currently recruiting for my clients next intake which starts in February.

If providing world-class customer service is high on your agenda then don't just sit back and think of what could be, we would love to hear from you today.

I am working with a global leader in the provision of insurance and pensions. With a well-established and extremely credible position in the market, they see people as their only true investment. If you work hard, you will absolutely reap the rewards of a flexible benefits package to suite your lifestyle. This includes:

  • Private medical and dental insurance
  • Tax-free childcare
  • Impressive car purchase scheme
  • Public transport season ticket loans
  • Numerous retail discounts
  • Virtual GP appointments - you need never wait for a doctor's appointment again!

This Customer Service Representative job

You'll be taking inbound calls, resolving queries, updating accounts and generally ensuring that everyone who comes into contact with my client has a positive and worthwhile experience.

You'll be key to ensuring customers are armed with all of the information they need to make the right decision regarding their pension.

To mix things up a bit, you may also be asked to respond to emails or postal queries.

We couldn't resist telling you about the day time and weekday shifts at the start, but to clarify, you'll be expected to work a 37.5 hour week between 8am and 6pm.

What you'll need:

Experience in customer service is a must, whether that be from a call centre, retail or hospitality.

If you have previously worked in financial services, then all the better. However this isn't essential as you'll be given all the training you need before you take your first call.

Given the nature of the enquiries you'll be dealing with, you must have strong attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively.

As with all Financial Services organisations, you will need to be able to pass a credit check and a criminal record check. We are working towards start dates in February, so apply today so you don't miss out.

We guarantee you won't look back.

Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
