This Customer Service Representative job

You'll be taking inbound calls, resolving queries, updating accounts and generally ensuring that everyone who comes into contact with my client has a positive and worthwhile experience.

You'll be key to ensuring customers are armed with all of the information they need to make the right decision regarding their pension.

To mix things up a bit, you may also be asked to respond to emails or postal queries.

We couldn't resist telling you about the day time and weekday shifts at the start, but to clarify, you'll be expected to work a 37.5 hour week between 8am and 6pm.

What you'll need:

Experience in customer service is a must, whether that be from a call centre, retail or hospitality.

If you have previously worked in financial services, then all the better. However this isn't essential as you'll be given all the training you need before you take your first call.

Given the nature of the enquiries you'll be dealing with, you must have strong attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively.

As with all Financial Services organisations, you will need to be able to pass a credit check and a criminal record check. We are working towards start dates in November, so apply today so you don't miss out.
