Call Centre Customer Service Advisor Working From home

The details:

* 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
* Monday - Sunday between 8am - 8pm
* £9.50 per hour
* Temporary 4 weeks with potential to extend or go onto another campaign
* Weekly Pay
* Free parking and excellent transport links
* Start date: Thursday 2nd September

The main duties and responsibilities of the role include:

* Providing high quality and efficient customer service informing changes to customer's benefits
* Use a range of secure computer systems
* Have an understanding, caring and sympathetic approach
* Updating call notes on the system

What we are looking for:

* Previous customer service experience is essential
* Set up to work from home, good wifi connection and you need your own laptop and headphones
* Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* IT competent
