Ongoing Temporary Position
Full Time - 37.5 hours
Start: Monday 19th November

Working on behalf of one of the UK's largest Travel companies based in Warrington as a Customer Service Representative, you will be dealing with a range of phone based customer queries. In a nutshell your customers will be contacting you to discuss their account or holiday reservation. This could be a phone call or via webchat.
* You will be working on a roster around the opening hours of 7am - 9pm
* This includes working 1 weekend in 2
* Answering inbound calls or webchat enquiries from customers
* First customer contact, passing over any complexed issues
* Offering exceptional customer service, which exceeds all customers expectations
What are we looking for?
We want to hear from candidates that have some kind of previous customer service experience whether this is
* Phone based/Office based/ Call Centre/Retail/Hospitality
