Out of Hours Advisor: Night Shifts
Salary: Up to £10.60 per hour DOE
Working hours: 3 x 12 hour shifts a week, 8pm till 8am
Social Care/Carer background preferred.
Are you calm, a good listener and supportive in your approach? Are you a clear decision maker and able to provide excellent customer care? Are you interested in waking night work? We are looking for an out of hour's advisor to join our experienced and highly professional out of hours team.
The Out of Hours Team based at our Head Office in Stockport Town Centre provides telephone advice and support to staff and services users across the agency. You must be available to work on a rota system for night duties 8pm - 8am across a seven night period. You will undertake three shifts a week totalling 36 hours per week on a permanent basis.
You will work alongside the Senior Advisor to provide effective administration support. You will receive and log calls whilst supporting callers with general issues and providing an excellent standard of customer care. You will have worked in health and social care and have a good understanding of effective service delivery.
As an out of hours advisor you will need to have an excellent telephone manner and be competent in information systems to ensure logs of calls are taken. You will be a team player and have proven interpersonal and listening skills.
