Customer Service Advisor

9am - 5pm

If you thrive on providing excellent customer service, but would relish the opportunity to transition this into Business to Business role, working Monday to Friday, this could be the role for you.

Our client in the Stirling area are looking for an individual with a strong background in customer service with ability to handle the administrative side also.

Based at our client's office (with scope for hybrid working), the role holder with provide fast paced customer service and administrative support to an existing customer base.

Customer interaction will be varied across both phone and email, covering areas such as invoicing, order enquiries and shipping dates. As a high-end product it will suit those who are used to dealing with high-levels of customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Main customer systems for orders, processing and logistics
* Work with the customer and internal Departments in relation to payments

The ideal candidate will be able to evidence a track record of experience in a similar role, or in-depth experience of a transferable environment such as contact centre, combined with:

* Good working knowledge of MS Office packages
* Experience of customer facing systems such as CRM or ERP
* Excellent communication skills
