As a flexible call centre Customer Service Advisor, you'll be motivated by delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves taking inbound calls on customer helplines. You'll be talking retail, you'll be troubleshooting, and you'll handle all aspects of a busy helpline job.
The customer-focused skillset you need to bring:
? Confident using in-house computer systems, email and various software packages.
? Excellent communication skills - you'll be a natural listener and communicator who can understand what clients want and find solutions for them.
? First-rate customer service.
? Previous experience in a similar role is a definite plus.
Your Customer Service Advisor role will initially be on a 3-month contract, with the opportunity to go perm. The Customer Service Advisors will be purely dealing with customer helpline calls. You'll be working 35 hours per week on a shift basis, covering the hours 08.00-19.30 on weekdays, and 08:00-16.30 on Saturdays. You must be flexible on all shift patterns.
