I'm hiring for customer service advisors based in Leeds to start in July! This is an office based role; however hybrid working is available with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

As a customer service advisor you will be:

* Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers
* Providing your specialist support and advice
* Communicating through various channels, e.g. telephone, email and webchat
* Directing customers to other organisations
* Setting up payment plans

What am I looking for?

* One years experience working in an office based environment
* Excellent customer service skills
* The ability to show empathy
* Great telephone manner
* Experience in financial services is beneficial but not essential
