Customer Service Advisor job role:

- Delivering customer service via telephone and email
- Processing inbound orders
- Making administrative changes to customer accounts
- Monitoring billing to ensure charges are correctly processed
- Preparing and presenting billing data reports
- Solving problems
- Offering advice
