£18,200-£19,500 DOE + overtime paid at enhanced rates.

We are a leading financial services company based in Manchester City Centre. Due to exciting growth plans for 2022, we are now looking for talented Customer Service Advisors to join our growing team. * A basic salary of £18,200-£19,500 DOE + overtime paid at enhanced rates

What to expect
As a customer service Advisor you'll be taking inbound calls from customers and providing them with a world-class service, listening to queries and using your problem solving skills to resolve customer issues. There will be some admin associated with the role too.

You must have previous customer service experience, excel at delighting customers and be motivated to build a career in customer service. They will teach you everything you need to know and support you to become the best customer advisor you can be.
