Inbound Customer Service Advisor, (Preston Brook)
£8.83 per hour, weekly pay!
We are looking for Inbound Customer Advisors to join our inbound call centre team based in Preston Brook to start the beginning of September
You will be working on behalf of Marks and Spencers dealing with customer enquiries over the phone, this could include advice on products or complaints regarding late deliveries. No sales and strictly customer service based
Working hours are: You will be working on a rota basis between Monday-Sunday for 5 days a week, the office hours are between 8am-10pm so you will need to be fully flexible between these times.
Out of every 4 weeks you will work 2 Monday-Fridays and have the full weekend off so you will get 2 weekends off every month consistently, you get your rota in advance so you always know the hours and can plan ahead
