Customer Service Advisor - Manvers - £8.10 per hour
Are you looking to get into customer services or a temporary position for over the Christmas period? Want to work for a leading brand taking inbound calls with no sales targets or KPIs?
We're looking for a number of temporary customer service representatives for a lovely project until January 2019. The role involves taking inbound calls from Debenhams customers who need help with placing orders or chasing parcels - no sales targets!
You won't need call centre experience but you will need to understand what makes good service, be computer literate and have great communication skills! There are great onsite facilities, reliable public transport links, free parking and 2 weeks paid training!
Hours are full time 37.5 hours per week and you'll have fixed shifts and the same 2 days off each week.
Shifts are 5 days out of 7 with a guaranteed day off each weekend and one day in the week:-
8am - 4pm
12noon - 8pm
10am - 6pm
9.30am - 5.30pm
