Financial Services Customer Advisor in Widnes

The details:

* 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
* Fully flexible Monday to Saturday between 8am - 6pm / Sunday 10am - 6pm to work five days out of 7
* £9.66 per hour / £17,581 per annum
* Temp to Permanent contract
* Weekly Pay

* Start date: 18th October

The main duties and responsibilities of the role include:

* Taking inbound calls in a call centre working for a well known retail company customer services department
* Responsible for all general customer relations and queries relating to their account
* You will be the first point of contact for customers dealing with inbound queries in relation to the customer's account
* Updating call notes on the system
* Provide advice and guidance
* Changing any details on their account and sending out any information they may require

What we are looking for:

* Previous customer service experience is essential
* You will be able to pass a credit check and a criminal records check.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* IT competent

The first three weeks will see you in training which takes place Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.
