We are looking for anyone with previous customer service experience, whether from a contact centre background or retail or hospitality, if you have worked in a role where you have delighted customers then we want to hear from you!

This is a varied telephone based customer service role working for a leading financial services business based in Manchester City Centre. Full training and support is provided to ensure you can be the best you can be and ongoing development means you can go on to achieve great things beyond the role too.

This a great opportunity for anyone with previous customer service experience to thrive in a varied customer service role.

Working hours - You need to be flexible to work a rota between 8am - 8pm Monday- Friday with occasional Saturday work.
