The successful Customer Service Advisor applicant will have customer service experience, ideally over the phone and will be a self-motivated individual with an ambition to develop their talents in a nurturing and exciting workplace.

Some of your Customer Service Advisor duties will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from existing clients
  • Resolving any issues in a timely manner
  • Staying informed and updated on the latest regulatory changes

To succeed in this Customer Service Advisor role, you need to be a proactive self-starter who can prioritise and manage work autonomously. You must combine a competitive personality with an inclusive, team-oriented approach.

As an experienced Customer Service Advisor, you will have:
