Customer Service Advisor, Manchester, £18,635 basic salary - Homeworking available after training!

Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm (eg 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm) + 1 Saturday per month.

What to expect

Like any role in customer services you'll be taking incoming calls from customers and providing them with a world-class service, owning their query and providing the customer with what they need. There will be some admin associated with the role too.
