Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (12 week temp to perm contract)
Job Location: Oldham
Job Salary: £8.91 per hour. Start date Monday 6th September 2021
Shift Pattern between Monday & Sunday 08.00am - 17.00pm (37.5 hours per week)

We are looking for exceptional people to join our growing Inbound Customer Service team in Oldham! You must have previous customer service experience, excel at delighting customers and be motivated to build a career in Customer Service. We will teach you everything you need to know and support you to become the best advisor you can be!

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls
  • Answering an inbound telephone line booking inspections for customers
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • General administrative duties
  • Acting as a first point of contact for the our valued customers
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times


For the position of Customer Service Advisor we are looking for the following experience:

* Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service in any environment
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for customer service
* A polite and professional telephone manner
