This Customer Service Advisor role is initially temporary for 6 months to a year with the idea of going permanent. There is also the chance to go permanent before this period.

This role is offering £11.53p/h on a Monday - Friday shift. This role is also working from home initially with the idea to go back into the office in Cardiff at some point and then working on a hybrid model where your time will be split between home and office.

A day in the life of this role will include:
* Investigating any changes in property documents
* Make outbound calls to gather relevant customer information and updating customer accounts as well as dealing with inbound queries
* Sending information requests to customers
* Taking the time to understand each customer situations and supporting them through the process

You will need to have phone based experience in any capacity to be considered for the role as well as experience in being a self motivated individual.
